To say I had a positive experience at ideal aesthetics with Melissa is an understatement. I had purchased a treatment for fillers on Groupon and assumed I would get the service with little time spent with me. Instead when I met with Melissa she gave me her undivided attention and gave me an honest opinion about best option for my skin concerns at the age of 65. I am following her advice and purchased ZO products for my skin. She could’ve so easily done the procedure and be done with me, but instead made the experience such a positive one for me her receptionist, Allison was also wonderful and answered all my questions. And I not quite yet a client here (yet).. however, what a professional organization they are and Melissa is a tremendous provider. She was able to critque my medical history and make sound and professional decision on treatments or non-treatments in this case in our consultation. Such a refreshing approach versus some of these "factory" providers just trying to get folks to the table. Ideal Esthetics has been a great experience. I was very skeptical at first but Melissa made me feel confident from the minute she explained everything to me. I feel fantastic and get awesome compliments which makes me feel great. Not sure if you can view the pictures but this is the difference since I started with Ideal Esthetic back in May this year.
